Privacy notice

We collect as little as we can: your email address if you sign up for the monthly Index, and nothing for advertising.

Who we are

Lending Intelligence Ltd publishes the Secured Loan Index and is the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

  • The monthly email: your email address, where on the site you signed up, and when you confirmed or unsubscribed. We use it only to send the Index.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
  • We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share your details with lenders, brokers or advertisers.

Lawful basis

We send the monthly email with your consent, which you give by confirming your address from the email we send. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure site.

Who processes it

  • Supabase stores the subscriber list.
  • Resend sends our emails.
  • Vercel hosts the site.

How long we keep it

We keep your address while you’re subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of the address and the date so we don’t email you again.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
